Apollo is RAINMKR LLC’s software for administering brand and creator programs. This notice describes how information is used in that workflow.
Information in Apollo
Depending on your role and program, records may include your name, contact details, social handles, shipping address, PayPal payout email, business and billing information, offers, agreements, campaign messages, content submissions, payment records, and account access information.
Why we use it
We use these records to provide account access, administer creator programs, document agreements and approvals, coordinate product samples, review content, maintain financial records, and respond to support requests. Account activity and authentication records help protect access and document changes.
Access and service providers
Access is limited by named logins, account assignments, and roles. The relevant brand and authorized RAINMKR team can access program information appropriate to their role. Creators access their own program records.
Hosting and storage providers process information needed to run Apollo. Where a fulfillment integration is enabled, the provider receives the recipient and order details needed for that sample. Where payment services are enabled, the payment provider receives the details needed for the approved transaction. Client collection and automated creator payouts are currently disabled.
Apollo does not collect your PayPal password or store payment card numbers. Do not include credentials in campaign messages or uploads.
Cookies and retention
Apollo uses essential session cookies for account access. Records are retained to operate and document the programs, including agreements, approvals, financial history, and access activity. Contact us about information you need corrected or removed; requests are reviewed alongside the records that must be retained for the program and applicable obligations.
Your information and questions
You can update supported profile and account fields through your portal. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact RAINMKR LLC at john@rainmkr.us. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before acting.
